One Night Stand (2008) will be the fourth annual One Night Stand professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It will take place on June 1, 2008 at the San Diego Sports Arena in San Diego, California and will feature talent from the Raw, SmackDown, and ECW brands. The official theme song is "Hell Yeah" by Rev Theory. The tagline is "The One Night a Year When the WWE Goes Extreme.

Falls Count Anywhere match: Jeff Hardy vs. Umaga
First Blood match: John Cena vs. John "Bradshaw" Layfield
Last Man Standing match for the WWE Championship: Triple H (c) vs. Randy Orton Singapore Cane match: CM Punk vs. John Morrison vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Tommy Dreamer vs. The Big Show
The winner will receive an ECW Championship match at Night of Champions Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship: The Undertaker vs. Edge
If Undertaker loses, he will have to leave the WWE.
